Within 24 hours of subscribing, we schedule a 30-minute kickoff call. We align on your first task, set up your Notion workspace, and confirm how we'll communicate. This is the only scheduled call — everything after is async.

Add a task card to your Notion board with a title, description, references, and priority. You can only have one active task at a time — the next task can only be submitted after the current one is delivered and approved.

Before we start, we define the scope in writing — what will be built, the definition of done, and what is explicitly excluded. If the task is large, we break it into phases. You approve the scope before we write a single line of code. Changes to scope after approval are treated as a new task.

Work begins immediately. Within 24 hours of pickup you get a progress update via Telegram or email. We work until the task is done, then move the card to review. No calls required at any point.

Review the deliverable in your Notion board. Request changes via comments — revisions are included within the agreed scope. Once you approve, the task is marked done and we immediately pick up the next task in your queue.
